Filmed ten years after the initial diagnosis of Alzheimer's disease, this documentary shows the daily care provided for Grace by her husband and a foster home. Grace now needs constant supervision and considerable assistance with activities of daily living, personal hygiene, and the bathroom. She rarely speaks and does not follow conversations.
