Sherrilyn Ifill, the president and director-counsel of the NAACP Legal Defense and Educational Fund, Inc, gives a keynote on Thursday, March 1, 2018, on the third and final day of the "Race and Inequality in America: The Kerner Commission at 50 Conference."

Richard Rothstein, a senior fellow at the Haas Institute and author of "The Color of Law: A Forgotten History of How the Government Segregated America," introduces Ifill.
