Like many New Orleans males, Sonny Lee grew up without a father. His organization, Son of a Saint, provides mentorship and opportunity for fatherless boys in New Orleans. In this powerful talk, Sonny describes the importance of mentors and why everyone can be one. In the spirit of ideas worth spreading, TEDx is a program of local, self-organized events that bring people together to share a TED-like experience.
